SO, WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU DO?
Agile Strategy offers three main services to assist our clients:
Debt Management - we make sure you’re getting the best use of your money. Are your loans structured in the best way to suit you today, taking into account what you want to achieve tomorrow and beyond? We also source Mortgage Funding, Development Funding, Asset funding, and short-term Commercial Lending. We can also work alongside your current bank, or broker.
Risk Management - we take a comprehensive look at all the risks associated with your business, your lifestyle, and assets. Do you need to insure or are you taking on the risk yourself? Do you have the right amount of cover for your position today? Can we save you some money in premiums? If disaster struck what impact would this have on your future plans? Comprehensive Insurance advice and policy placement.
Business Planning - does your business have plan for growth? Does your business have a succession plan or an exit strategy? Why are you in business and what do you want to achieve? Whether you’re a start-up or already well-established, we can help build you a process and a business plan. Strategic Blueprints, scopes of service, professional network recommendations.
HOW DO YOU GET PAID?
The first consultation is always FREE.
There are several ways we can be paid.
Commissions: If the work we do for you requires third party companies and suppliers, we get paid commission - which we will always disclose to you. We insist on transparency.
Hourly Rate: You can engage us on an hourly basis, whereby there are no commissions payable - rates and terms will be provided before any work begins.
Fixed Fee: You may want to engage us for a fixed fee - an example of this might be a one-off business analysis where we both discuss the scope of the works to be undertaken and we both agree on a fixed cost for services rendered.
I’M NOT SELF EMPLOYED, BUT I WANT SOME ADVICE - CAN YOU HELP?
We don’t discriminate! If you’re ready for meaningful, bespoke, fact-based financial advice, then we’re here to assist in anyway we can. It’s all about that first, FREE, consultation - we will work out pretty quickly if we can assist or not.
